Administrator OFFLINE	Monthly fees depend on income level and range from $4 to $15 per child but no more than $45 per month for all children enrolled at one time, from one family. Some services are provided at no cost to you, though a co-payment (usually $5) is sometimes required for services. For more specific information about your costs, please call one of our Certified Application Assistants at 1-866-682-9903.

Patricia OFFLINE	The income varies depending of the age of your child, for a family of 2 with a child under 1 year the minimum amount required is $ 2453 gross a month, for a child between 1 and 5 years old $ 1632 gross a month, and for a child between 6 and 18 $ 1227 gross per month.
